Falmouth Pediatric Associates has been caring for children and their families on Cape Cod since 1973 and is proudly affiliated with the Pediatric Physician’s Organization at Children’s (PPOC), Boston Children’s Hospital primary care network.
We are seeking a Pediatric Medical Assistant to join our staff on a full or part time basis.
Candidates must be a graduate from an accredited medical assistant program.
The Medical Assistant will:
· Provide direct patient and family care, including rooming and vital signs
· Give feedback to parents and patients in person and by telephone
· Perform office-based testing as directed by the providers
. Administer immunizations
· Interact with medical providers
· Take electronic medical record notes
. Become part of our team approach to wellness
Candidates should be friendly, intelligent, hard-working, reliable and good with children.
Pediatric experience and electronic medical record experience preferred.
Availability for early morning or weekend hours highly preferred.
Proficiency in Portuguese an asset.
