Job Description
Direct Care Worker assist in identifying family goals for safety, permanency, and well-being as specified within the Family Centered Services and DHHS case plan Pottawattamie.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the FSS and/or IS to ensure families receive the required level of support and resources.
- Work with families to successfully resolve barriers to safely have their children returned to their care.
- Provide opportunities for children to visit/interact with their parent(s) and/or siblings.
- Transports clients as needed.
- Must be available to work non-traditional business hours including mornings, nights, and weekends.
Requirements:
- Provides services in accordance with contract expectations for frequency and duration.
- Completes service documentation in accordance with FAC expectations as outlined in policy.

Schedule: Full-time hours are variable and flexible based on client/caseload needs.
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pottawattamie and surrounding counties.
Salary: Starting at $15.00 per hour
