Your Role:
As a RN/LPN conducting in-home assessments at Family Best Care, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver top-notch health care services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth assessments of new clients, focusing on physical, psychological, and environmental aspects of health.
- Developing detailed care plans based on assessment findings, collaborating with healthcare professionals and client families.
- Ensuring adherence to all state and federal regulations related to home health assessments and care planning.
- Maintaining client confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Staying updated with continuous education in home health care and client assessment techniques.
Requirements:
- A current RN or LPN license in the state of Washington.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care.
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
