- Annual Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience, plus bonus potential.
Essential Responsibilities
- Proactively source clinical providers through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, licensure directories, professional associations, and niche job boards.
- Collaborate with recruiting leadership to identify high-need areas, monitor requisition workloads, and allocate sourcing efforts accordingly.
- Build and maintain pipelines of diverse candidates for current and future openings, particularly in hard-to-fill markets.
- Act as a SWAT recruiter, managing requisitions in priority markets or assisting recruiters with heavy requisition loads.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage passive and active candidates in behavioral health disciplines.
- Utilize market intelligence to identify hiring “hot spots” and focus sourcing efforts where they will have the greatest impact.
- Partner with recruiters to ensure a seamless transition of sourced candidates into the full recruitment process.
- Provide real-time updates on sourcing progress, challenges, and outcomes to recruiting leadership.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or provider recruitment, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
- Proven success in sourcing passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, licensure databases, and networking groups.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health provider roles, licensure requirements, and market trends. Ability to build and maintain strong talent pipelines in competitive or hard-to-fill markets.
