We are seeking a mature, compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide essential support to our client in Center City Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will possess a nurturing spirit, demonstrate patience, and adhere to high standards of care while assisting individuals with daily living activities. This role is crucial in helping our clients maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.

• Key Responsibilities:**
• Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.- Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.- Prepare and serve nutritious meals - Medication reminders- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.- Help with light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.- Assist clients with grocery shopping and running errands if needed- Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervising nurse or care coordinator.
• Qualifications:**
