Job Description:
We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for our NJ4S program. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating applications, scheduling consultations, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks. Key responsibilities below:
Responsibilities:
- Review applications based on school district needs, participant type, and service requirements.
- Assign applications to Prevention Consultants and/or Clinicians.
- Schedule consultations between Prevention Consultants and/or Clinicians and school representatives using NJ4S system, Salesforce.
- Answer general and new participant inquiries.
- Facilitate the paperwork process for potential applicants.
- Coordinate inquiries with the NJ4S Supervising Scheduling Coordinator.
- Assist in scheduling and hosting NJ4S Community Advisory Board meetings.
- Help with data collection and reporting as required by DCF.
- Coordinate and schedule NJ4S staff meetings.
- Maintain and order office supplies for the program.
- Participate in training as required.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree with a minimum of two years’ experience in scheduling and office management in a community-based services/social services setting. Additional education and related experience are preferred.
- Knowledge of community resources, social services, and mental health systems.
- Ability to independently identify problems and challenges.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work professionally and collaboratively on a multi-disciplinary team.

Salary : $45,000 - $50,417
