What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Family Eye Care & Mavor Optical Drs. Small?
Family Eye Care is looking for a positive, dependable and motivated person to join our growing practice. This individual will assist our busy practice to administer quality patient care and efficient operation of patient flow. Duties include, but not limited to interface with patients and doctors, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, authorizing insurance and billing, maintain charts, greet patients, and can multi task. Ability to provide positive and effective communication to meet patient expectations, as well as foster a positive relationship with all staff.
