THE BASICS
Pay: You earn a starting wage of $14.00 - $16.00/hour with a pay raise at 60 and 90 days.
Schedule: You work a flexible full-time schedule that fits your needs.

YOUR DAY
As an entry-level In-Home Caregiver, you connect with our elderly clients and take care of their daily living needs. Typically working with 1 - 3 clients, you visit their homes every day, engage in conversation, and assist them with whatever they need. Your home health responsibilities vary depending on the client's needs, but you approach every task with a kind spirit and patient demeanor. You start your days performing caregiving tasks before engaging in 1:1 support. You take pride in forming great connections and enhancing the quality of life of our elderly clients!
REQUIREMENTS
- 21 years old
- Great work ethic with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Proactive spirit with the ability to take charge
- Ability to compassionately facilitate care to those resistant to help
- Reliable, responsible, and kind demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Heart for working with the elderly
