This part-time position offers a consistent schedule with 20 hours per week, working Friday through Sunday. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, providing excellent customer service.
- Verify and update patient information, including insurance details and demographic data.
- Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and manage patient flow.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes, including collecting co-pays and processing payments.
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and assist with referral coordination.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.
