We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Urgent Care Office Manager to join our team at the Family Health Center of Southern Oklahoma (FHCSO) in Tishomingo/Atoka, Oklahoma. This full-time position will involve overseeing the scheduling of and daily operations during our urgent care/extended hours, ensuring smooth coordination between all present staff. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of healthcare office management in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of all urgent care staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, protocols, and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and efficient work environment while fostering a culture of teamwork.
- Assist in scheduling shifts for staff members, ensuring proper coverage and efficient workflow.
- Oversee and ensure patient scheduling throughout the week for urgent care shifts.
- Oversee patient flow, ensuring timely and accurate processing of patient information.
- Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock of medical supplies and equipment.
- Provide ongoing training and support to staff, ensuring high standards of care.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient care and experience.
- Assist with patient concerns and resolve any issues that arise during care delivery.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient visits and interactions.
