Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or provider, supporting clinical operations and ensuring a compassionate and efficient experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with intake and documentation of patient history, vital signs, and reason for visit.
- Administer medications and vaccines as ordered.
- Perform point-of-care testing and specimen collection.
- Assist providers with procedures and exams.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team.
- Ensure proper documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Support patient education and outreach efforts.
- Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment in compliance with infection control protocols.
