The Enrollment Specialist I is responsible for assisting patients with potential insurance eligibility and enrolling patients in various assistance and insurance programs.
You will be successful in this role if you have excellent customer service skills, are adaptable, patient, and are culturally sensitive.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and 2 year degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous insurance eligibility experience (preferred)
- Previous experience submitting NDMA applications highly beneficial
- Healthcare knowledge and experience (desired)
