What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chairside Assistant for Orthodontic Office position at Family Orthodontics of Dublin?
We are an orthodontic specialty office in Dublin looking for a dental assistant whose duties include taking panoramic/cephalometric x-rays, photos, digital study models with a 3D intraoral scanner, changing archwires, fitting appliances, and bonding brackets/bands. Orthodontic experience is preferred, but not necessary because we are willing to train the right person. However, an x-ray certificate is required.

- Consistent schedule: Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri from 8A - 6P (~35-40 hours per week). No working on weekends or Wednesdays!

COVID-19 considerations:
HEPA air filters with UVC lights in all rooms. Constantly cycle the outside air through MERV 13 filters to purify indoor air. Fog air with HOCL (hypochlorous acid) after any aerosolizing procedures. Require mask wear at all times possible for everyone.
