What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equine/Farm Inside Sales position at Family Owned and Operated Ace Hardware Store?
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven individual to join our growing retail team at Oxford Feed & Lumber located in Oxford, PA. Our ideal candidate will have experience in the equine industry along with poultry & pet. We are seeking an individual who has diverse business subjects such as sales, inventory, merchandising, leadership skills, with great interpersonal & communication skills. Our Equine & Farm Sales Associate will also stay abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
This position can be part time (25hrs/week) or full time (40 hrs/week). Our ideal candidate can also work at least 1 weekend day.
Must be customer focused, able to multitask, promote sales & promotions
Must be able to lift at least 40lbs.
