Service Advisor Immediate Hire! We are busy and looking to hire ASAP!
Service Advisor Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on how to properly operate their vehicle and the importance of maintenance.
- Multi-tasking Skills.
- Be able to properly schedule customers' vehicles for delivery.
- Read a vehicle's service manual and make recommendations to the customer.
- Adhere to standard procedures and protocols.
- Answer customers' questions and be able to sell additional products and services.
- Visual check on all NEW vehicles for any damages and submit to manufacture.
- Maintain all vehicles for any necessary repairs and track parts daily.
- Be able to explain basic powersports parts and systems to customers.
Service Advisor Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill and /or ability required.
We are also hiring service advisors in our San Antonio, Austin, Odessa, Midland, and San Angelo locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
