FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
Family Service Agency is dedicated to providing counseling, education, prevention, and advocacy services to our community, with that we are looking for a warm, reliable, and efficient front desk receptionist. This position is vital to the agency’s interaction with clients, staff, and the greater community. General daily tasks include; receiving clients, answering and directing incoming calls, office hospitality and various administrative assignments.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Preparing lobby area for the day
Providing a welcoming, efficient phone manner and physical presence
Ensuring quality customer service is provided at all times
Efficient management of calls and communications
Basic office tasks (ex: filing, coping)
NECESSARY SKILLS
Able to manage a large volume of phone calls and clients
Welcoming telephone and presence
Ability to multitask effectively
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school graduation required
At least two years of experience as a receptionist
Job Type: Part- Time
Pay: DOE
Bi-lingual Spanish (Preferred)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (possible Saturday) Evenings to start 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (or 9:00 p.m.) and then possible working into alternate days/nights.
All employees will be subject to a background check
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

All client and staff are required to wear masks and temperature checked upon arrival. Social distancing is strictly enforced. Agency is disinfected on regular basis to keep all staff and client safe and healthy.
