Position Summary: Responsible for the supervision and management of the Treatment Foster Care and Community Health Team (CHT) programs. Carries cases as necessary. Provides emergency crisis intervention/assessment as needed. Builds and maintains positive relationships with the Department of Children, Youth and Families. Assists Department Director with continuous program development, implementation and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Independent Licensure - LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT is required.
- Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
- Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
