Family Services has an opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative I in our Office Services department in Green Bay.
- This position is responsible for timely and professional handling of a high volume of incoming calls and messages; checking in clients and verifying their information is current;
- ensure all paperwork and insurance are verified for new clients; maintaining current schedules for the Counseling Clinic;
Qualified applicants should possess a minimum of a High School Diploma / GED with 1 years' office support and customer service experience.
An associate's degree is preferred. Ideal candidates should also have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
the ability to perform and coordinate multiple tasks with minimal supervision; typing, data entry skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs are required.
Spanish speaking skills a plus!
