What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dealer / Floor Supervisor position at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino?
Dealer:
- Deals assigned card games according to CBCI/Fantasy Springs Casino rules and regulations.
- Ensures all wages are placed before cards are dealt.
- Computes payable odds for payable bets, pays winning bets and collects losing bets.
Table Games Floor Supervisor
- Assists in the overall supervision of Table Games in the Pit or Pit section.
- Must maintain an entertaining and comfortable atmosphere while interacting with card players and co-workers.
This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted to meet business needs of the company.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); college degree a plus.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Table Games Operations supervisory capacity or minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Table Games Dealer.
- Thorough knowledge of Blackjack, Baccarat and at least one other table game.
- The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Must possess good organizational skills.
- Must be able to interact with management, co-workers, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment
