What You'll Do :

As a Legal Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our legal team and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing administrative support to attorneys and enhancing overall office efficiency.
• Communicating with clients, field associates, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Preparing case summaries and materials for mediation, helping to organize team case reviews.
• Conducting thorough research to gather case-relevant information.
• Typing and filing legal documents and correspondence with attention to detail.
• Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Maintaining updated contact inventories and facilitating deadlines with timely reminders.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
