We are currently accepting applications for a Commercial Specialist in our busy San Luis Obispo office. The right candidate will spend time servicing a large book of commercial renewals as well as oversee our commercial marketing program. Our office features multiple experienced mentor agents who will help with learning our products and systems and our company’s highly recognized corporate training program will also provide support to the right candidate who wants to work toward eventually owning his or her own insurance agency in the future. We have an engaging team to work with and a proven record of success helping candidates move through our training program to own their own insurance business locally today.
Qualifications:
We require highly motivated individuals willing to work with business clients throughout the central coast. Candidates must possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with others.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
