Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Administration & Process Management
- Post and manage job openings across multiple job boards
- Track and update candidate statuses throughout the hiring pipeline
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation
- Ensure recruiting trackers and systems are consistently maintained
- Conduct initial phone screening interviews with candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate next steps
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates during early stages
- Provide timely follow-up and clear communication throughout the process
- Track candidate appointments to carriers and licensing milestones
- Assist with onboarding coordination and documentation
- Support recruiters and leadership with pipeline reporting and updates
- Partner with recruiters, agency owners, and district leadership
- Follow established recruiting workflows and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization within the process
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable conducting professional phone conversations
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple candidates at once
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Someone who enjoys process, tracking, and operational consistency
