Compensation:$45,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Uncover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products by treating each client contact as a chance to generate new and continued business
- Meet established new business production objectives to further the agency’s overall financial goals
- Compile, present, and explain insurance policy options that meet each potential customer’s individual needs
- Make phone calls, write text messages, and send emails to increase sales revenue from potential customers
- Generate accurate insurance quotes by leveraging accurate data, customer information, and available insurance rates
- Handle customer inquiries
- Sell and solicit/provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Must successfully complete a background check
- Should be great at making connections to build rapport and relationships with others
- Job seekers must already have or be willing to get their state Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses
- One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent beneficial
- Strong leadership and communications skills are a must
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients

- Must be willing to obtain an Insurance License
