Farmers Insurance - Sales Manager

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred but not required (or equivalent experience).

Proven leadership and management experience (dental or medical office/insurance/financial services a plus, but not required).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

Sales or client service experience with a track record of achieving results.

Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and payroll tools.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Drive sales and retention initiatives to meet and exceed agency goals.

Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff while fostering a positive, growth-oriented culture.

Partner with leadership to create and implement strategic growth plans.

Manage payroll, scheduling, and performance reviews to maintain accountability.

Ensure an excellent client experience by maintaining high standards of service.

Collaborate on marketing, recruiting, and community outreach efforts.
