Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the clinical team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Oversee daily clinical operations, including patient scheduling, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe clinical environment.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in procedures and patient management.
- Manage medical documentation and ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct medical imaging procedures as needed
Experience
- Proven experience in an dental setting is required.
- Strong knowledge of 4 handed dentistry techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with dental imaging technologies and dental documentation processes.
- Experience with Dentrix software is preferred but not mandatory.
- Understanding of infection control practices within a clinical environment.
