What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Farmington Motor Sports Inc.?
We are looking for an eager, outgoing and self-starting customer service representative to join our team!
Job Duties Include:
- - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
- - Schedule appointments, field phone calls, and answer questions customers may have.
- - Assist customers in payment transactions for services received.
- - Maintain organization of customer records, payments, etc.
- - Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism & empathy, escalate to manager/supervisor when necessary.
Qualifications Include:
- - Previous customer service experience preferred.
- - High school diploma required.
- - Problem-solving skills and independent decision-making skills.
- - Ability to multi-task in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
- - Proficient in use of computers, phones, etc.
