Responsibilities
- Provide excellent care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals while respecting their independence and dignity.
- Administer medication accurately and in a timely manner, while adhering to all safety precautions.
- Document residents' activities, progress, and any changes in their conditions as required.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to create and implement personalized care plans for each resident.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathy and compassion for the elderly, with a genuine desire to make a difference in their lives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
- CNA license not required
