Job Summary
We are Seeking energetic Person for Medical Office Receptionalist
The candidate is expected to be punctual, good inter-personal skills , Phone & computer Key board skill.

Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to ncoming Phone calls from Patients, pharmacies, insurances & Medical offices
- Some varification of patient insurance eligibilities & varification
- Help new patient Sign paperwork & new patient contracts
- Scan patients insurance cards & drivers license in the EMR( Electronic medical records).
- Scanning Patient related documents in the patient charts
- Balancing Patient & insurance payment son Master Daily sheet at the end of day.
- Scheduling New & follow up patients appointments
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Medical Reception is preferred but are willing to train right candidate with desire to learn & excell
- Basic math and computer skills
- Goo understanding of health and Patient privacy (HIPPA) regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great interpersonal abilities
Salary : $12 - $14
