Swim Instructor

Are you looking for a rewarding, fun, and flexible gig? Fast Fins, LLC. is the leader of private swim instruction in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The Swim Instructor is responsible for instructing swimming lessons in accordance with Fast Fins policies. This is currently a Part-Time Position.
What we are looking for:
- Love for swimming and working with kids
- Positive energy and attitude
- Be CPR/First Aid certified (we can help you become certified)
- Reliable means of transportation
- Swimming Instruction experience preferred
- Minimum age 18
- Paid training (min 40 hours)
Responsibilities:
- Instruct swimming lessons according to the Fast Fins techniques.
- Present, demonstrate, and teach material in one-on-one situations.
- Schedule lessons using Fast Fins app and communicate with parents effectively about their child’s progress.
- Ensure the safety of participants and supervise participant activities.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Swim Instruction: 1 year (Preferred)
- working with toddlers: 1 year (Required)
