Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations on ServiceNow
- Build automation workflows to optimize IT and business operations
- Develop custom service portal pages, widgets, and user interfaces
- Manage hardware and software asset management modules, creating custom workflows and scripts
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of solution quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Establish best practices for incorporating GenAI into existing processes
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideRecord, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow platform architecture
- Experience developing and customizing ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to evolving project needs
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Hands-on experience with Software Asset Management platforms like SAMPro is preferred
- Bonus: Experience applying GenAI for process automation or workflow modernization
