- Mechanical Aptitude (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Car / Aircraft mechanics, Pool maintenance, Welding, Piping, Military Service, etc]
- Tools & Technology knowledge [we use iPads with MS Teams and Service Titan]
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with both customers and internal team members
- Able to work independently
- Valid WA / OR / CA Driver’s License with good driving record
