We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Database Coordinator to maintain and optimize our database systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless data operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with both technical and non-technical teams, solving problems, and implementing innovative solutions.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Ensure System Efficiency: Maintain and troubleshoot database systems to ensure smooth business operations.
• Data Management: Analyze, organize, and process customer data while ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
• Error Resolution: Monitor data file exchanges for errors and discrepancies, resolving them efficiently.
• Tech Support & Training: Assist end-users with system access, security, and customization, while proactively identifying and solving technical issues.
• Optimize Workflow: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce data errors.
• System Upgrades & Testing: Support the development, testing, and rollout of system interfaces and upgrades.
• Performance Monitoring: Set up automated alerts and monitoring systems to prevent potential disruptions.
• Weekend Support Rotation: Participate in an on-call weekend rotation to provide technical support.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with Google Sheets, Post Affiliate Pro, HubSpot, or SamCart (or similar software).
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable troubleshooting database issues and working with various digital tools.
• Problem-Solver: Ability to think critically, anticipate challenges, and implement effective solutions.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with a passion for accuracy and efficiency.
• Great Communicator: Ability to work with both technical teams and non-technical staff in a friendly and professional manner.
