Fast Mold Testing is a US based company revolutionizing the $5B annual mold inspection, testing, and remediation industry. We are seeking an experience reservations sales manager to join our team.


This position plays a critical role in supporting our day-to-day North American operations and ensuring an excellent experience for our customers and partners as we grow.


You will start in this role fully-remote performing associate level tasks under the guidance of our CEO and sales leader, and will be expected to quickly evolve into a managerial role within 1-2 months as we scale up operations.


Must have:

  • Be a self-starter, able to identify and address problem areas in the sales process.
  • At least 2 years experience as a reservations sales associate.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Leadership and management experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Able to make and receive calls from 8am to 7pm (EDT) (for first 1-2 months before new agents hired).


Initial Responsibilities

  • Immediately respond to inbound booking calls and online inquiries from customers.
  • Generate and deliver quotes for both residential and commercial clients.
  • Improve quote-to-booking conversion by maintaining visibility and timely communication.
  • Use our internal software to assign and manage bookings to inspectors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries and updates.
  • Help maintain and refine internal communication templates and call scripts based on real-time feedback and customer interactions.
  • Contact customers after inspections for feedback and encourage positive reviews on platforms like Google and Yelp using pre-approved templates and links.


Extended Responsibilities (As trust and capability grow)

  • Conduct pricing sensitivity and competitive analysis by location to improve quote accuracy and maximize margins.
  • Suggest enhancements to the quoting and booking process.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new bookings staff as we expand US operations.
