Position Summary
The Sr Process Analyst will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Audits : Interrogate existing processes and performance.
- Process Improvement : Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement streamlined, scalable solutions.
- Data Analysis : Gather and analyze data to measure process performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, customer service, and IT, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of process changes.
- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and training materials.
