The Gist of It
As a Call Center Sales Representative, your main goal is to help our guests plan awesome events. Whether it's a birthday, a corporate event, or a group outing, you'll use your sales skills to make every booking smooth and stress-free. You'll take inbound calls and chats, create quotes, and follow up with guests. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and are comfortable using software like Salesforce, this could be the role for you!

A Day in the Life
You'll kick off your day by logging into our systems, ready to manage incoming calls and chats from guests looking to book their next event. You'll create quotes, suggest upgrades, and make sure every detail is covered so the events team can deliver a fantastic experience. Whether you're coordinating a birthday party or a corporate event, you'll seize opportunities to upsell and make sure no opportunity goes to waste. When things slow down, you'll follow up with guests, update Salesforce records, and make sure all event details are in order for the operations team.
Schedule
This is a part-time position at our corporate office in Pleasant Grove, UT. The 5-6 hours shifts will fall somewhere between 9am-8pm, Monday-Friday.
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience is preferred but not required-if you've got the energy and enthusiasm, we'll train you!
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Personable and professional: You thrive in a guest-facing role.
- Great time management and attention to detail: Staying organized is second nature to you.
- Team player with emotional intelligence: You listen well, handle challenges calmly, and communicate effectively.
- High school diploma or GED required.
