Geriatric / Long-Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements

• Must have 1 year of recent Geriatric / Long-Term Care LPN experience in the last 18 months in a Nursing Home setting
• Active New York Licensed Practical Nurse License required
