What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Fay-Ark Lawn Company?
The Account Manager reports directly to the Sr Account Manager(s) but works with the Operations team to serve our clients and team members. The Account manager role will be 70% office & 30% field. As leaders in the company, you are also responsible for modeling and enforcing all policies and procedures including uniform dress codes and safety policies.
Account. Manager Responsibilities:
- Directly be in contact with your customer base assigned to you. This includes all communication pertaining to work on site, and follows company guidelines for communication.
- Ensure service & communication meets Fay-Ark’s standard of quality.
- Assess all of your sites while using site audit forms in Aspire 1x a month.
- During site checks, find upsells & enhancements to beautify the property, keep customers/homeowners safe, and enjoy their property.
- Send over all enhancement quotes within 48 business hours of performing the site check.
- Respond the same day (during work week) for any communication with clients.
- Perform quality control on your properties when work is being done (or coordinate this with field supervisor to check work for you)
- Quote & sell work for certain 1x customers in our client list.
- Work closely with Sr. Account Manager to maintain expectations and continue to grow accounts while maintaining our current accounts without interruption.
Requirements:
- Must have Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
- Must have 2 years of landscape experience & horticulture knowledge.
- Very good communication & responsiveness skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Above market value for the right candidate. Starting at 55k
