Shifts Available NOW for Direct Support Professionals providing care and oversight to individuals with developmental disabilities - NEW PAY RATE - $18.00 per hour based upon responsibilities, shift differential, and enhancements
FAYCO Enterprises, Inc. has a position available for a Direct Support Professional working in Fayette & Bond County with our ICILA individuals in their homes. The successful applicant would assist adults with developmental disabilities by: assisting individuals with meal preparation, helping to maintain mental alertness through creativity & entertainment, encouraging movement & mobility, assisting with daily living skills (including personal care) & ensuring comfort & safety.
We have a position available for evenings and weekend shifts for a Direct Support Professional. The qualified applicant will work approximately 25-35 hours in the evening in our residential program in Fayette County. No previous experience necessary. We will provide classroom and on the job training.
Requirements:
*Must be at least 21 years old
*Must have a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
*Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
*Must be able to lift
*Must be able to pass Department of Human Services required background checks
Wage Information:
$18.00 per hour
$1.00 per hour increase at completion of paid medication administration training
Active CNA - $0.50 per hour enhancement applies
Paid training to become a Direct Support Professional (DSP)
