What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Operation Specialist position at FBD Logistics?
We are a fast growing 3PL company, looking for a coordinator for our sales department. This person will be the point of contact for the sales rep communicate internally and externally
Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for professional, timely and effective internal and external communication between clients and departments
- Build a strong knowledge base of company service, operations and industry
- Assist sales team with administrative tasks specially when they are on trips
- Follow up on phone calls, emails, and project status for the sales team
- Organize sales notes, make forms and assist with day-to-day needs of the sales team
Qualification:
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a must
- Excellent computer skills, comfortable in working with PC platform, fluent in Microsoft Suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Adobe Acrobat
- Logistics Operation background preferred
- Familiar with 3PL operations
- Team player, fast learner, willing to do some overtime to communicate with clients in Asia
- Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
- Willing to be working behind the scene to support the sales team
Job Types: Full time, W2, M-F 9-6, on site
