What You’ll Do: As a Sales Services Analyst, you will provide support in the areas of contest administration and contest promotion, PIC testing and management of recognition awards. You will also:
- Coordinate testing of incentive programs, including but not limited to; knowledge and skills to build case scenarios for projects, occurrences, and small enhancements and communicating the findings to system leads and Contest team.
- Trouble shoot questions from our business partners and provide supporting details to answer the request.
- Thoroughly test system changes, documenting test scenarios and results using contest knowledge. Provide test results and expected outcomes to IT for continued work, corrections, and audit purposes.
- Participate in project planning by gathering requirements, contest tasking, contest planning, release planning as requested, using job skills to manage time, and writing standard operating procedures.
- Assist with announcing qualifiers for incentive programs.
What It Takes to Join Our Team:
- College degree or equivalent required. Insurance industry experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and testing skills.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be able to act independently and be accountable for their actions.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Experience with and knowledge of XML or SQL.
- Ability to work from our office in West Des Moines, Iowa.

Salary : $51,400 - $65,100
