Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Door and Window Fabricator, specializing in steel window fabrication. The candidate must be skilled in working with stainless steel, regular steel, and galvanized steel, with a focus on crafting steel security and hurricane-certified windows. This position is not about large-volume production but rather about joining our boutique shop to execute and build windows on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate steel windows and doors according to specific designs and requirements.
- Utilize various welding techniques to assemble components.
- Ensure compliance with security and hurricane certification standards.
- Collaborate with the team to set up and execute projects.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
- Adhere to quality control measures and deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in steel fabrication, particularly in doors and windows.
- Familiarity with welding processes and techniques.
