Job Summary
FC Iron Dojo is seeking a reliable, energetic, and caring After-School Program Assistant to support our indoor, martial arts-based enrichment program for children ages 5–11. This role includes supervising students, assisting with martial arts and active play, facilitating age-appropriate activities, and ensuring a safe, respectful, and structured environment

Responsibilities
- Supervise children during all indoor activities, ensuring their safety and engagement
- Support martial arts instructors during training sessions (no prior martial arts experience required, but is a plus)
- Lead or assist with games, arts & crafts, educational activities, and quiet time
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and respectful dojo environment
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and monitor authorized pick-ups
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety procedures as per licensing standards
- Communicate positively and professionally with parents, children, and team members
- Serve as a role model by promoting respect, focus, and responsibility
Qualifications

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
