The Director of Soccer Camps and Training Programs Soccer must be passionate and motivated to develop and lead successful camps, clinics and training programs for FC Tulsa. Soccer programming at the FC Tulsa Training Center is expected to be managed with a high level of business acumen, coordination, communication and adapt to the changing needs of the members and club. Ensure the promotion of the soccer programming growth, safety, member satisfaction and member retention through participation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Create new and over see existing business operations of all soccer camps, clinics and training programs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with members and participants of FC Tulsa youth soccer programs.
- Maintain high membership conversion ratios through improved program participation.
- Conduct ongoing assessment and evaluation of all soccer programming key performance indicators (KPI’s) and implement program changes and/or enhancements as needed.
- Provide leadership and vision in the improvement and development of existing and new innovative soccer program development to better meet the needs of members and the community.
- Implement and direct department marketing and retention strategies for new and existing soccer programs including the use of the club’s social media channels, email marketing, website, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and maintain effective facility scheduling and equipment, establish policies, procedures and curriculum for staff to ensure a quality player experience.
- Budget development, monitoring and preparing operational/financial reviews with senior leadership.
- Responsible for all FC Tulsa soccer training programs at the FC Tulsa Sports Facility and represent the FC Tulsa as a club representative in the community.
- Responsible for ordering equipment and supplies for the training programs. and ensue that equipment is properly secured and maintained.
- Participate in regular departmental meetings and building coverage if needed.
- Work with facility manager to ensure proper maintenance to sports equipment and facilities. Report unclean conditions, safety hazards and malfunctioning equipment.
- Assist in the promotion and coordination with other facility departments to ensure the productive, effective and efficient operation of the sports complex.
- Supervise, train and support assigned staff and volunteers, develop, plan and implement new procedures, systems and methods to promote program growth, safety, player satisfaction and member retention through program participation and operational excellence.
- Update Training Academy website to ensure content is clear, up-to-date and easy for users to navigate.
- Create and maintain registration forms and database utilizing Daysmart software.
- Effectively utilize CRM tools such as Hubspot.
- Identify and resolve customer issues to ensure member satisfaction.
- Produce department operation reports as needed.
- Represent and promote FC Tulsa in the community.
- Develop positive working relationships with other youth organizations, soccer clubs and other partners.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the President and/or VP of Soccer and Business Operations.
