The Facilities Technician will be responsible for general services for FCCI including but not limited to, building care and maintenance, furniture and equipment assembly and repair, and facilities support. Additional responsibilities include conducting periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required and maintaining all equipment necessary to perform work. This position will be in our corporate office in Sarasota, FL.
Great work hours = 7:30 - 4:30 (Monday through Friday); on-call once a month as needed.
