Job Characteristic Responsibilities/Duties (essential Functions)
- Accurately estimate projects from conceptual through construction
- Assist in bringing the project to completion within budget
- Develop and strengthen client relations.
- Review with Project Manager and team project costs to ensure
- Establish and maintain subcontractor relations.
- Manage assigned projects under the direction of the Associate V.P.
- Perform additional assignments per client or management direction.
- Keep abreast of current pricing.
Maintain Profit and Schedule:
- Obtain and evaluate bids from subcontractors prioritizing quality
- Establishes
