Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership – Define and execute the long-term roadmap for our Mercedes segment, optimizing product offerings to exceed revenue and profitability goals.

Brand & Market Growth – Develop innovative branding, positioning, and marketing strategies in collaboration with our expert Marketing team to increase visibility and market share.

Customer Connection – Build deep relationships with Mercedes enthusiasts, design strategies to attract and retain customers, and engage with online communities to fuel brand loyalty.

Data-Driven Insights – Stay ahead of market trends, analyze competitors, and leverage key insights to continuously refine our Mercedes strategy.

Team Leadership – Manage and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team, ensuring seamless execution and an exceptional digital catalog.

Experience and Skill requirements

• 5 years of experience in product management, category management, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive or e-commerce industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in a product or market segment.
• Specific experience with European automotive brands, particularly Mercedes-Benz, is highly desirable.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
• Expertise in brand management, go-to-market strategies, and market penetration initiatives.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Compensation 

This is an exempt salaried role with a base salary of $110,000 - $160,000 depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $125,000 to $180,000 annually.
