Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients to determine the presence of mental health conditions and develop effective treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage medication for patients with mental health conditions
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Degree in Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board certification in Psychiatry
- Licensure to practice medicine in the state of Arkansas
- Completion of a psychiatry residency program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
