We are looking for a Quality Inspector will thrive in a fast-paced environment. The offered position is either suitable for an experienced Quality professional or for someone with an appropriate vocational qualification who wants to develop in this direction.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure that they meet the required quality standards.
• Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests on products according to established procedures.
• Verify and maintain product specifications, tolerances, and other relevant requirements as certificates and documentation.
• Identify and communicate non-conforming products and processes to Quality Manager OnSite and Quality Department HQ
• Record and maintain inspection results and document discrepancies.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and tracking of materials and products.
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts Qualitymanagement or vocational qualification, f.e. as Industriemechaniker (m/f/d), Staatliche geprüfter Techniker (m/f/d)
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality inspection within the Aerospace industry
• Familiarity with quality standards, specifications, and regulations relevant to Aerospace distribution
• Proficient in the use of measurement equipment such as gauges, micrometers, and calipers
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and with other departments
• Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work flexible hours as required
• Fluent knowledge of English, German and French are an advantage
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Attention to detail

• Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
