Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:
- Process online orders promptly and accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled on time to meet customer expectations.

Discrepancy Research:
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory counts and recorded quantities.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Document and report findings to management as needed.

Inbound and Outgoing Shipments:
- Receive incoming shipments of merchandise, verifying contents and ensuring accurate recording in inventory systems.
- Organize and label incoming inventory for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling.

Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records in inventory management software or databases.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder points, communicating with the inventory manager regarding stock replenishment needs.

Upkeeping of Inventory Dashboards:
- Update inventory dashboards and reports with current stock levels and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with the inventory manager to optimize inventory management processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of progressive retail management experience.
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of team development.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced retail environment effectively.
