What are the responsibilities and job description for the Engineering Technician position at Federal Aviation Administration?

The incumbent serves as the Engineering Technician (Coordinator) for the Facility Infrastructure Group.

Qualifications:

There is no time frame requirement at the Level III/FV-H to compete. Candidates must show experience at the level of difficulty and responsibility that is appropriate to the position. Experience that demonstrates an extensive knowledge of providing technical advice or direction to field personnel; scheduling project construction phases based on priorities and available field resources; ability to communicate and coordinate Operational Risk Management throughout the entire construction phase of a project.
